🌎Meet our secondees: Elisa Paialunga from 🇮🇹 (UNITOV) to 🇨🇭(CSEM). Elisa Paialunga will work on the design and fabrication of microfluidic systems through 3D printing.

🇮🇹 => 🇨🇭

Elisa Paialunga obtained a master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Rome, Tor Vergata, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Porchetta. Currently, she is in the final year of her Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences & Technologies, under the supervision of Prof. Laura Micheli.

Her research focuses on the development of biosensors based on CRISPR-Cas for the detection of antibodies.

In Nano-ImmunoEra, she is actively involved in the design and fabrication of microfluidic systems through 3D printing, enabling the transposition of CRISPR-Cas assays into diagnostics in integrated devices.

Nano-ImmunoEra project has received funding from the European Union’s MSCA Staff exchange Horizon Europe programme Grant Agreement Number 101086341
