Andrea Celeste obtained a Master’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Tor Vergata. She is currently doing a PhD in Chemical Science under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Porchetta.

The research focuses on the development of CRISPR-Cas systems for diagnostics of nucleic acids.

In Nano-ImmunoEra she is involved in the development of CRISPR-Cas based biosensors for antibody detection.

Nano-ImmunoEra project has received funding from the European Union’s MSCA Staff exchange Horizon Europe programme Grant Agreement Number 101086341
